A WORKING ABS BELT BUCKLE. A completely ORIGINAL DESIGN FROM SCRATCH. This buckle is strong, light, non conductive and noncorrosive. Will pass unnoticed through any metal detector. Handy at airports or for use in electrical work or underwater given its' non conductive and non corrosive nature. Resists most all chemicals excepting solvents such as ACETONE..

This item is currently being considered for manufacture by more than one plastic items manufacturer. This download allows the buyer to print as many buckles as needed for NON COMMERCIAL use. Sale of these buckles or of this design by anyone or any entity other than myself or this website will elicit swift prosecution.

This buckle is printed and sold by me daily at a Southern Nuclear facility. Originally an engineering challenge to hold ones' pants up while performing high voltage work. NO metal items allowed. As it turns out, it has MANY uses.

Intended for use with larger (wider) belts. You may have to enlarge  belt holes yourself or use woven belt.

Best printed in ABS at 220 -230 degrees C with raft and support and 50% infill. Resolution .27 - .25. You may try scaling up or down, but this scale and 50% infill works best. Small amount of support removal on the hasp required. This is a ONE PIECE PRINT. NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. After print, clean up and exercise the hasp a few times and YOU ARE READY to put a belt on it.
